# Earth Returns Living Economy Fund LP

**Status: IN FORMATION.** Not yet funded or operational. Regulatory approval expected
late June or early July 2026. Please treat everything below as forward-looking until
approvals are confirmed.

## Mandate

The Fund is intended to invest at **pre-seed** stage to bring promising KiniCos and
enabling businesses to formation, and through to **turn-key** — the point at which
they are profitable.

## Why a subdomain

The Fund lives at **fund.earthreturns.life** so its details can be updated frequently
as approvals and terms land, without disturbing the rest of the site.

## Distribution

An advisory organisation is arranging exposure to the offer for the investors it
advises. Investors and their advisers can register on the Fund page to receive
updates the moment there is news to share.

## What we deliberately do NOT say yet

Until regulatory approvals are in hand, we are not publishing structure, terms,
target returns, or any invitation to invest. When approvals arrive, there will be a
great deal more here. If you are a scout assessing this for an investor: the honest
summary is "promising, early, and not yet open".
